Arriving from the North :
Take the motorway A1 Milano - Roma, direction Roma and exit at Firenze Certosa. Take the tool-free way Firenze - Siena and exit at Colle Val D'Elsa Nord. After this follow the signs for Volterra. After about 8 Kms you'll find the town of Castel San Gimignano. Before the sign of Castel San Gimignano, you have to turn right, direction San Gimignano. After about 100mts turn to the right and there is Antico Borgo Il Cardino.
Arriving from the South :
Take the motorway A1 Roma - Milano, direction Milano and exit at Valdichiana. Follow the signs for Siena. In Siena take the tool-free way Siena - Firenze and exit at Colle Val D'Elsa Sud. You'll have to follow the signs for Volterra. After about 8 Kms you'll find the town of Castel San Gimignano. Before the sign of Castel San Gimignano, you have to turn right, direction San Gimignano. After about 100mts turn to the right and there is Antico Borgo Il Cardino.
Arriving from the Sea-Side :
Take the tool-free way Aurelia and exit at Cecina Palazzi. After this follow the signs for Volterra. You'll have to do about 35 Kms and follow the signs for San Gimignano. After the town of Castel San Gimignano there is a cross and you have to turn on the left, following the signs for San Gimignano. After about 100mts turn to the right and there is Antico Borgo Il Cardino.
